EPA to Delete Belvidere Municipal Landfill from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed action to remove the Belvidere Municipal Landfill Superfund Site from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
