FMCSA Renews Exemptions for 9 Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers with Epilepsy and Seizure Disorders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has decided to renew exemptions for 9 individuals with epilepsy and seizure disorders, allowing them to continue driving commercial vehicles without the requirement, as the exemptions are deemed to maintain a level of safety equivalent to or greater than the standard.
