CMS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking public input on its plan to collect information from the public, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites comments on the necessity and utility of the proposed collection, as well as ways to improve its efficiency.
