EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Feather River Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan for the Feather River Air Quality Management District, regulating emissions from wood heating devices and open burning.
