FAA Eliminates Redundant Air Traffic Control Certificate Requirement

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is eliminating the requirement for air traffic control tower operators to hold a control tower operator certificate, as this requirement is already met by those who hold a Federal Aviation Administration Credential with a tower rating.
