Address Quality Measurement Alternative
The Postal Service proposes to revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]), to add a new Address Quality Measurement process for participating mailers, who enter eligible basic and full-service mailings.
