VA and Indian Health Service to Submit Report on Reimbursement Agreements to Congress

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Indian Health Service are required to submit a report to Congress on the feasibility of entering into and expanding reimbursement agreements, as mandated by the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014, and are seeking Tribal Consultation on the matter.
