U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Revised Guide for Laboratory Investigations of Soils and Rocks for Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released Revision 3 to its Regulatory Guide 1.138, outlining a method for laboratory testing of soils and rocks required for nuclear power plant design and siting, as per NRC requirements.
