U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Invites Public Comment on Renewal of Office of Management and Budget Approval for Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing information collection, which pertains to exemptions and continued regulatory authority in Agreement States and offshore waters under Section 274 of the U.S. nuclear regulations.
