Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Receives Exemptions from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Decommissioning Trust Fund Management

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted exemptions to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. to manage irradiated fuel and make withdrawals from the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Decommissioning Trust Fund without prior notification, in response to a request made on January 6, 2015.
