U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comment on Draft Memorandum of Agreement with Historic Preservation Office and PSEG

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public input on a draft agreement with the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, National Park Service, and PSEG Power, LLC, and PSEG Nuclear, LLC, aimed at mitigating the impact on historic properties during a proposed early site permit process.
