U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Regulations on Challenges to NRC Enforcement Orders
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its rules to clarify the standard of proof and the authority of the presiding officer to call witnesses in resolving challenges to NRC enforcement orders.
