Department of Commerce Publishes Semiannual Agenda of Regulations for Fall 2010

The Department of Commerce releases a semiannual agenda outlining regulations under development or review over the next 12 months, in compliance with Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act, to provide public information and facilitate comments.
