DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Small Business Subcontracting Improvements to Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a governmentwide policy on small business subcontracting through amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), following changes made by the Small Business Administration.
