Aspen Aerogels Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Aspen Aerogels, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on its patents for composite aerogel insulation materials and methods, and is seeking a general or limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders to protect its intellectual property.
