U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that a company has violated section 337 of the Tariff Act, resulting in the issuance of a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order, and has terminated the investigation into the matter.
