U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Windscreen Wiper Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a joint motion to terminate an investigation into Certain Windscreen Wipers and Components Thereof, based on a settlement agreement, following an initial determination (ID) (Order No. 29) issued by a presiding administrative law judge (ALJ).
