U.S. International Trade Commission Imposes Sanction on Law Firm Quinn Emanuel for Breaching Administrative Protective Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has sanctioned law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP for breaching an administrative protective order, resulting in the improper disclosure of confidential business information to over 140 unauthorized individuals over a 14-month period.
