U.S. International Trade Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Lithium-Ion Batteries in Power Tools

The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced a public hearing to discuss the use of lithium metal oxide cathode materials in lithium-ion batteries for power tool products, as well as the potential issues of laches, contributory infringement, and public interest.
