Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Home Loan Banks Must Promote Minority and Women Inclusion

The Federal Housing Finance Agency is issuing a final rule to clarify the scope of the obligation for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks to promote diversity and inclusion of minorities and women in their business activities, including management, employment, and contracting.
