OSHA Repeals Magnet Set Safety Standard After Court Ruling

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has removed the final rule for magnet sets from the Code of Federal Regulations, following a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit decision that vacated the rule, published on October 3, 2014.
