Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Requests Information on Small Business Lending Market

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is seeking information about the small business lending market to inform its work on a rulemaking to implement a new requirement for financial institutions to collect data on credit applications made by women-owned, minority-owned, and small businesses.
