Radio Broadcasting Services; Shelter Island, New York - Request for Comments on Proposed FM Channel Allotment

The Red Wolf Broadcasting Corporation has submitted a petition to the Commission to amend the FM Table of Allotments to allot Channel 277A to Shelter Island, New York, as a first local service, with a site restriction 12 kilometers south of the community.
