Petitions for Reconsideration have been filed by CTIA--THE WIRELESS ASSOCIATION and The Wireless ETC Petitioners, led by Thomas C. Power and John J. Heitmann, respectively, in response to an action taken in the Commission's ongoing rulemaking proceeding.
