The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is announcing the availability of a guidance for industry entitled ``Exempt Infant Formula Production: Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs), Quality Control Procedures, Conduct of Audits, and Records and Reports.'' The guidance describes our current thinking on the manufacturing of exempt infant formula in relation to the requirements for CGMPs, quality control procedures, conduct of audits, and records and reports that apply to non-exempt infant formulas.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
