FDA Announces Fiscal Year 2017 Outsourcing Facility Fee Rates

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the fiscal year 2017 rates for establishment and re-inspection fees for outsourcing facilities that compound human drugs and register under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). The rates, effective October 1, 2016, include a small business establishment fee of $5,279, a non-small business establishment fee of $16,852, and a re-inspection fee of $15,837.
