FDA Proposes Expansion of Clinical Investigator Disqualification
The FDA is proposing to broaden the scope of disqualification for clinical investigators, making them ineligible for nonclinical laboratory studies in addition to clinical investigations, to enhance animal research subject protection and data quality.
