FDA Corrects Final Rule on Human Drug and Animal Drug Establishment Registration and Listing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that incorrectly stated the effect of the rule on establishments manufacturing investigational drugs, which was published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2016.
