FDA Announces FY 2017 Fee Rate for FSMA Third-Party Certification Program

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the fiscal year 2017 fee rate for third-party certification bodies seeking recognition in the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) program, which is mandated by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
