FDA Announces Guidance for Botanical Drug Development

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a new guidance document outlining its expectations for the development of botanical drugs, including recommendations for new drug applications and investigational new drug applications, as well as information on the over-the-counter drug monograph system.
