DHS Issues Guidance for Expedited Approval Program Under Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards

The Department of Homeland Security is releasing guidance to comply with the Protecting and Securing Chemical Facilities from Terrorist Attacks Act of 2014, which requires the issuance of an Expedited Approval Program to meet risk-based performance standards established by the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards regulations.
