Coast Guard Proposes Updates to Great Lakes Navigation Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing changes to its Great Lakes navigation regulations to improve safety and protect waterway users from winter hazards, including the creation of two new safety zones and updates to three existing regulated navigation areas.
