Coast Guard Advances Effective Date for 2015 Great Lakes Pilotage Rates

The Coast Guard is moving up the effective date for the 2015 final rule adjusting pilotage rates on the Great Lakes, from August 1 to June 2, 2015, while keeping the rate adjustments unchanged, in line with its maritime safety goals.
