Coast Guard Issues Temporary Bridge Closure for Portland's Red, White, and Blues Run/Walk Event

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule of the Morrison Bridge and Hawthorne Bridge in Portland, Oregon, to accommodate the Red, White, and Blues Run/Walk event on July 5, 2015, allowing participants to safely cross the bridges during the event.
