USCIS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection for CNMI-Only Nonimmigrant Transitional Worker

The Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection for the CNMI-Only Nonimmigrant Transitional Worker, Form I-129CW, without any changes to the existing collection.
