Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Fautasi Ocean Challenge in Pago Pago Harbor

The US Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area in Pago Pago Harbor, American Samoa, to protect participants and spectators during the 2015 Fautasi Ocean Challenge, a sailing competition that will temporarily close the harbor to commercial vessels during the start and finish of the event.
