US Secretary of Homeland Security Announces Fiscal Year 2016 CW-1 Numerical Limitation

The US Secretary of Homeland Security has set the annual fiscal year numerical limitation for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1) nonimmigrant classification for fiscal year 2016 at 12,999, effective October 1, 2015, to September 30, 2016.
