The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking public comments on a new information collection, specifically the Individual & Community Preparedness Division Annual Youth Preparedness Council Application Form, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
