US Citizenship and Immigration Services Invites Public Comment on Proposed Revision to Permanent Resident Card Application Form I-90

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public input on a proposed revision to the Form I-90, which is used to replace a Permanent Resident Card, and is also revising a currently approved collection of information related to immigration applications.
