Coast Guard to Partially Revoke Stay on Barge Reporting Requirements for Inland Rivers in Eighth District

The Coast Guard will allow the stay on reporting requirements for barges carrying certain hazardous materials on inland rivers in the Eighth District to partially expire on December 31, 2015, resuming RNA reporting requirements in a limited capacity while an amendment to the existing regulation is developed.
