Coast Guard Announces Response to Merchant Mariner Medical Advisory Committee's Recommendations for NVIC 04-08 Revision

The US Coast Guard has released the Merchant Mariner Medical Advisory Committee's response to Task Statement 1, which proposes changes to the Medical and Physical Evaluation Guidelines for Merchant Mariner Credentials, used in mariner credentialing decisions. The Coast Guard will consider these recommendations in future policy development.
