EPA Lodges Proposed Modification to Consent Decree Under CERCLA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed modification to a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), a federal law that aims to clean up contaminated sites across the country.
