Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Bioterrorism Preparedness Act Entity/Individual Information

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request to obtain entity and individual information for the Bioterrorism Preparedness Act, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
