DOJ Amends Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act Formula Grants Program Regulation

The Department of Justice is updating the Formula Grants Program regulation to remove outdated, redundant, or obsolete provisions, and to reflect changes to the underlying Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act, including renumbered sections and updated citations, effective September 1, 2017.
