DEA Publishes Final Rule to Revise Narcotic Treatment Program Regulations

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has published a final rule to allow mobile components of registered narcotic treatment programs to be considered coincident activities, making it easier for treatment centers to provide maintenance or detoxification services at remote locations.
