US Department of Justice Publishes Notice on Modified System of Records for Judicial Nominations Files

The US Department of Justice has published a notice in the Federal Register proposing modifications to the exemptions claimed for the Judicial Nominations Files system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974, inviting public comments.
