U.S. Attorney General Authorizes Assistant AG to Designate Authority for Access to Data from Foreign Governments

The U.S. Attorney General has given the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division the authority to oversee data access agreements with foreign governments, and delegated this power to Deputy Assistant Attorneys General and the Director of the Office of International Affairs.
