Cowlitz Indian Tribe Regulated Leases Approved Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Cowlitz Indian Tribe's leasing regulations under the HEARTH Act, allowing the Tribe to enter into business leases without prior BIA approval, as of January 22, 2015.
