Ho-Chunk Nation Regulated Leases Approved Under HEARTH Act

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Ho-Chunk Nation's leasing regulations under the HEARTH Act, allowing the Tribe to enter into business, residential, and agricultural leases without prior BIA approval, effective February 4, 2015.
