U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Invasive Rodent and Mongoose Control in U.S. Pacific Islands and Hawaii

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to create an environmental impact statement to assess the effects of using integrated pest management to control invasive rodents and mongooses on U.S. Pacific Islands within the National Wildlife Refuge System and in native ecosystems in Hawaii, with the goal of protecting native wildlife and plants.
